This month I am bringing back a recipe that is ideal for summer because it’s perfect for potlucks and picnics. In October of 2018, I published Three Bean Pasta Salad. When I published that recipe, Dave and I were invited to a potluck and barbeque at a little park in our former marina which looked over Town Creek in Oxford, Maryland. I think the beauty of this recipe is that combines two summer favorites which are Three Bean Salad and Pasta Salad all in one.
Dave and I are in the process of looking for our next boat. After 26 years of sailboats and sailing, we have decided to get into motor boating. The type of boat we are shopping for is called a trawler. Trawlers are engine driven, usually large vessels, motors at slower speeds, designed for long distance cruising and can be a live aboard for significant stretches of time. With any luck I hope to be cooking aboard on our new boat next month!
