Our kitchen has been closed for renovation for a while. So, we have been making dinner on Le Conge’. My header photo is a recent dinner Dave, and I made aboard our boat. This shrimp dinner reminded me of my Grilled Shrimp and Romesco Sauce recipe that I published in September 2021. My back story explains the history of this Spanish sauce and how popular this dish is in summertime. My newsletter is short this month because we are preparing for a 2 week cruise on Le Conge’ to Princess Louisa Inlet later this month.
