With Halloween just upon us, I am adding a Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball. It is cute to look at, easy to prepare, and delicious. The recipe calls for ranch salad dressing for extra creaminess. Be sure to use freshly grated cheddar cheese because store bought grated cheeses are too light and might not stick to the ball. One last thing on this recipe, if you don’t want to shape it like a pumpkin, just doing a regular ball because that will be just as tasty.
We are enjoying our second month in Washington State. The house is still being settled and restored but as you know, that takes time. Today my kitchen will get new appliances. Out with the old (and dysfunctional) and in with the new!
The weather is cooler now. It won’t be long until we can enjoy the look and warmth of the fireplace!
