This month’s recipe is called Stanley’s Chinese Cold Noodle Salad. The history is in the backstory of the recipe. This dish is easy, colorful, crunchy and delicious on a warm day or evening. We paired it with some oven roasted chicken, but any protein would work as well.
Dave and I drove Le Conge’ from the Port Townsend marina to our slip at the Port Ludlow marina a few weeks ago. After nearly 10 months of renovations, she needed cleaning. So, we hired a detailing firm that extensively cleaned her inside and out. We plan to cruise on the Puget Sound throughout the months of September and October. My recipes for the coming months will now be likely made aboard.
