When August arrives, I am looking for fresh tomatoes and corn. There are so many ways to make succulent corn on the cob… you can boil, microwave, roast in the oven or grill. My new recipe this month is Summertime Corn on the Cob. I have published a couple of other corn recipes that you can prepare with leftover corn. They are Sour Cream Cornbread Muffins, Creamy Corn Souffle, Karen’s Summer Salad and Gazpacho.
In the meantime, Dave and I had a wonderful road trip to the Canadian Rockies and Glacier National Park. We hope you have had a great summer as we are heading into fall!
