Recipes that use citrus (such as lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruit) will add flavor that is palate cleansing and refreshing to taste.  And zesting your fruit will only enhance the flavor even more.  Do your zesting before juicing as the reverse doesn’t work very well.  As a rule of thumb, estimate about 3 good size oranges for 8 ounces of delicious juice.  Likewise, 5 lemons should produce a cup and a half of juice.  What is helpful, it that these citrus juices can be frozen until you are ready to use them.
