In June of 2022, I published Easy Tortellini Mushroom Sausage Soup. Recently I made the same soup but with chicken and mozzarella tortellini. Instead of the mushrooms and sausage, I also added onion, garlic, carrots and celery. A delicious soup and just right for winter weather.
Dave and I just got home from a weeklong trip to Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada. We stayed on Granville Island which is my header photo. The purpose of the trip was to attend the authentic German Christmas market but we also fell in love with the city. My footer photo is from Stanley Park. This is a nice collection of Squamish Nation totem poles. With Canada being close to home, there will be more trips in the future.
