I love a pork tenderloin as it’s lean and delicious. It is considered to be a humble cut of meat and it is juicy, soft, tender and full of flavor. This recipe for Honey Garlic Dijon Pork Tenderloin sets this cut of grilled meat over the top!
This is really simple. In a glass jar, add the honey, Dijon, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Screw on the lid and shake well.
Place the Pork Tenderloins in a sealable bag and add the marinade. Seal the bag and massage the pork for a while until the marinade has coated the pork sufficiently. Let the marinated pork sit in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight. Rotate the bag occasionally.
There are two ways you can cook this amazing pork tenderloin: either in the oven or on the grill.
For the oven, preheat to 400 degrees F. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Then place under the broiler until the meat reaches a 140-degree F internal temperature. Let the pork rest on the counter covered with foil for 10 minutes begore carving.
For the grill (which is my favorite), make sure the heat is on a medium heat. Place the pork on the grill. Cook for about 12-14 minutes, turning every few minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Allow the dish to rest 10 minutes, covered with foil until slicing and serving! This serves 4 to 6 people.
