This month I am featuring Asian Chicken and Rice Soup.  We have been using Blue Apron for years as they provide the recipe and all the prepared ingredients.  I usually have about three meals mailed to us each week but that varies.  This concept goes very well with my blog tag line as I prepare these meals not only at home but on my boat.  They are super easy to do.  I really liked this soup recipe and wanted not only to share it with you but also to have it handy for myself in the future.  This was the first time I heard of the product Chili Crisp Seasoning, so I bought a bottle.  It reminds me of the Vietnamese Chili Garlic sauce which I use all the time.

My long recovery from knee replacement surgery is going very well.  So, we plan to participate in two cruises with our local Yacht Club.  Each time there will be about 10 boats and for a range of 10-12 days.  Next month we cruise to the southern portions of the Puget Sound and then in July we will be heading to the San Juan Islands.
