My header photo is the classic baked brie with cranberry spread on top and garnished with chopped nuts.  This is usually a recipe you are looking for around Christmas time.  But this month I am featuring Mini Cranberry Brie Bites as an appetizer you can make year around.  The recipe is super easy, has  great taste from all flavors in one bite and can be reheated in the oven.

We are about to embark on cruising season 2026.  We have planned cruises from April through September.  Our furthest destination will be Desolation Sound in the northern part of British Columbia, Canada.
